The hydraulic pump of the vulcanizer is a portable electric hydraulic pump driven by a single-phase or three-phase motor. It adopts a three-cylinder plunger structure, featuring compact design, small size, light weight, reliable operation and easy maintenance.

The plunger of this pump is manufactured with high and new technology. A high-hardness alloy layer is sprayed on the surface of the stainless steel plunger body, which provides excellent wear resistance. This design doubles the service life of the plunger and the seal, ensuring stable and reliable performance of the whole machine. Therefore, the medium used (clean water) must be kept pure and clean.

The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating and unloading valve. When the hydraulic plate of the vulcanizer is filled with medium and the pressure suddenly increases beyond the set value, the hydraulic pump can automatically relieve pressure.

Precautions for Use

For specifications below 31.5MPa (equipped with relief valve)

During the pressure boosting process, if the pressure gauge pointer swings excessively, it indicates that the volume of the user's tested workpiece is too small.

In this case, it is recommended to connect a pressure vessel with sufficient capacity (complying with relevant national standards) or other corresponding energy storage devices to the system.

The method of pre-adjusting the pressure and stepping up the pressure can be adopted for pressure boosting.

If accidental overpressure occurs, turn the handwheel of the pressure relief valve to release part of the pressure before boosting again.

The test pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure of the pump.
