Belt vulcanizing machine

Belt vulcanizing machines are widely used for splicing conveyor belts in various industrial settings, including metallurgy, chemical plants, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks. The vulcanized splice achieves a tensile strength of no less than 90% of the original belt. The resulting joint is smooth, which helps reduce drum wear and extends the service life of both the conveyor system and the rubber belt.

These machines utilize electric heating elements powered by 380V or 660V three-phase electricity. Constructed primarily from lightweight aluminum alloy, they are compact, easy to disassemble and transport, and feature rapid, uniform heating with high thermal efficiency. Suitable for on-site belt splicing in metallurgy, power plants, ports, electrical engineering, and metal mines, the vulcanized joints produced by this machine are not only smooth and nearly indistinguishable from the original belt but also significantly reduce roller wear, thereby extending the operational life of the conveyor system and the rubber belt.
