The LB-7X10 Electric Water Pressure Pump with Water Tank adopts a precision-controlled test pump and is equipped with a complete set of servo control technology. It can realize that after the test pressure of one circuit reaches the target pressure, the quick connector can be pulled out and connected to a new test port.

When the pressure test of one circuit is completed, the manual pressure relief valve can be used for pressure relief, and then the entire test unit (including quick connector, pressure sensor, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, etc.) can be removed.

Pressurization Operations of LB-7X10 Electric Water Pressure Pump

To avoid overpressure caused by incorrect readings of pressure gauges, pressure recorders or other equipment, use an effectively calibrated pressure recorder and a pressure gauge (calibrated or for indication only) when pressurizing the test piece. If no pressure recorder is used, two calibrated pressure gauges shall be used.

To reduce the impact force on equipment and seals, the pressure shall be increased gradually in stages.

If pressure drop is found during the pressurization stage, immediately relieve the pressure to zero. The pressure drop may be caused by trapped air, so further air removal shall be carried out before repressurization.
