The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is an ideal choice for splicing and repairing EP (polyester fabric), NN (nylon fabric), fabric, and steel cord conveyor belts.

Features:

Heating Plates: Lightweight design with even pressure and temperature distribution.

Water Pressure Plate: Operating pressure range of 1.0 - 2.0 MPa (standard pressure is 1.5 MPa; please inform us if higher working pressure is required).

Beams: Constructed from high-strength, lightweight aviation-grade aluminum alloy.

The heating plates of the vulcanizer are available in diamond, rectangular, and modular types (where two or more sets work collaboratively). Modular belt vulcanizing machines can handle belts with widths up to 3200 mm. Systems are available with either natural cooling or water cooling.

Key Characteristics:

Rapid integrated cooling devices on both plates enable machine removal within 5-10 minutes after vulcanization.

Options include manual or electric pumps, and standard control boxes or PLC control systems.

This plate vulcanizing machine is widely used in metallurgy, mining, power plants, ports, building materials, cement, coal mining, and chemical industries.

Constructed primarily from lightweight aluminum alloy and utilizing electric heating elements powered by 380V or 660V three-phase electricity, the machine is compact, easy to disassemble and transport, and features rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and high thermal efficiency. Suitable for on-site belt splicing in various industries, the vulcanized joints produced are smooth, nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, reduce roller wear, and extend the service life of both the conveyor system and the rubber belt.
