Belt Repair Tool

Made of lightweight aluminum alloy, the belt repair machine is equipped with a water pressure plate device that provides uniform pressure. It adopts hot vulcanization repair. Specifically, after treating the damaged part, apply hot vulcanizing adhesive SK823 and stick raw rubber sheets. Then use the vulcanizing machine to heat and pressurize, integrating the RIT unvulcanized cover rubber with the belt to achieve high-strength bonding. Although it is quite ideal, the process is complex, the operation time is long, and the labor intensity is relatively high.

This edge repair machine is mainly composed of an electric heating aluminum alloy structure. It is characterized by small size, light weight, easy operation and remarkable repair effect. It is suitable for repairing edge damage of various tapes, as well as longitudinal scratches and longitudinal tears of tapes.
