DHLQ Vulcanizing Machine Control Box & Components
1. Standard Configuration List:
Control Box: 1 unit
Pressure Test Pump: 1 unit
High-Pressure Hose Assembly: 1 set
Primary Power Cable: 1 piece
Secondary Power Cables: 2 pieces
2. Specialized Tools:
Ratchet Wrenches: 2 pieces
Clamping Screw Rod Set: 1 set
3. Key Technical Specifications & Procedures:
3.1 Elongated vs. Standard Vulcanizer Differences:
The number of frames differs.
After the upper and lower heating plates are pressurized to 0.8 MPa, the gap between them must be no greater than 0.5 mm.
3.2 Control Box Operation Setup:
After selecting the required pitch and setting the gearbox handwheels/handles according to the thread chart, perform these practice operations:
Without engaging the half-nut operating handle, observe the carriage's movement.
Engage the half-nut operating handle, then observe if the carriage moves longitudinally at the selected pitch. Note the tactile feedback when engaging/disengaging the handle.

Practice transverse tool retraction, followed by rapid longitudinal rightward feed to simulate quick retraction after thread cutting.
3.3 Tool Post Operation:
The square tool post indexes and locks relative to the compound rest via a handle controlling the positioning/locking mechanism.
Rotating the handle counterclockwise unlocks the post for indexing to change tools.
Rotating the handle clockwise locks the post securely.
4. Product Features:
Lightweight & Portable: Constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy profiles. Features light overall mass, small size, easy single-part transport, and simple assembly/disassembly. Components feature eco-friendly anti-corrosion surface treatment.
Computerized Control: Utilizes an industry-developed computerized control system for automatic, stable regulation of temperature and hold time. Employs a safe 24V low-voltage control circuit.
Efficient Heating Plates: Embed 5mm thick core heating elements. Independently calculated power for each element ensures uniform heat distribution, flexibility when hot, and excellent thermal conductivity. Heat-up time from ambient to vulcanization temperature is ≤30 minutes. Elements are non-serially designed to prevent local shorts causing joint failure.
Rapid Cooling: Water cooling reduces the working surface to 60°C in ~8-10 minutes. Natural cooling takes ~280 minutes.
Splicing Process: Involves skiving belt plies and rubber into symmetrical stepped layers at specific angles, applying cement, bonding under heat and pressure for a set time. Vulcanization converts raw rubber to vulcanized rubber, achieving high joint strength.
Stepped Joint Design: For a 6-ply belt, a right-angle step pattern is used with a total joint length of 750mm and 150mm per step (8-ply belts can use 100mm per step).
