Flammable materials such as gasoline and adhesive tape should be placed away from fire sources and supervised by special personnel.

Special personnel must be assigned to monitor the vulcanization process. After the vulcanization is completed, cut off the power supply, clean up the work site, and recover the vulcanizer and various tools.

In addition to the above functions, what other uses does the cable vulcanizer have? In fact, with a little modification, the cable vulcanizer can also prevent oil contamination. How to operate it specifically? Specifically, precision filters can be installed at the oil suction port and oil discharge port of the pump. The oil ports should be kept at a certain distance from the bottom of the oil tank to prevent hard particles in the oil from scratching the lip of the sealing ring and the sliding surface. A high-pressure precision filter needs to be installed at the oil discharge port to avoid hydraulic system failures caused by dirt blockage. A filter screen should be added to the hydraulic oil tank to remove impurities not filtered by the return oil filter. Before installing hydraulic components, they should be inspected and internal iron filings and other debris should be cleaned up.

Regularly inspect the hydraulic oil. If phenomena such as excessive foam, more sediments, and oil-water separation are found, clean the system and change the oil immediately. New oil should be left to stand for sedimentation and filtered before being added to the oil tank. If necessary, a special oil tank can be set up for the sedimentation and filtration of new oil to ensure the cleanliness of the oil.
