Cable Hot Patcher

The cable heat patcher is specially designed for the repair, splicing and marking of rubber cables in coal mines, iron mines, oil fields, power plants and various major factories. It can splice various rubber cables ranging from 1.5mm² to 185mm². Before use, first connect the power supply to heat the heat patcher. Then adjust the required heat repair temperature to the specified scale on the temperature controller (120℃-180℃). Place the cable to be spliced on the specified mold for hot pressing forming. When the temperature reaches the specified constant temperature, the temperature control system will automatically cut off the power supply. The spliced cable can only be taken out when the temperature drops to 80℃-100℃.

The heat patcher is mainly composed of a bracket, an electrical system, a hydraulic system and a surface control panel. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a piston, a valve and a pressure rod, which realizes the lifting and pressurization of the mold and ensures the pressure required for the heating and bonding process. The bracket is the main component of the heat patcher, welded by section steel, and equipped with a traveling mechanism, a toolbox and a counterweight iron to form a complete integrated machine platform, which is easy to move during operation. The electrical heating system is assembled separately and controlled uniformly, with temperature setting, timing, light and electric bell alarm devices, forming excellent adjustment and control performance.
