Operating Instructions for Steel Cable Vulcanizing Machine Heat Patcher:

Use a screwdriver to adjust the mechanical zero point of the temperature indicator to the ambient temperature scale, and set the temperature-setting indicator needle to the temperature scale required for rubber patching.

Adjust the timing switch. The timing switch is equipped with "ON" (start), "OFF" (stop) and time scales. If timing is not needed, turn the switch knob to the "ON" position. If timing is required, rotate the switch knob clockwise to the desired position and then turn it back to the selected time scale.

If the electric bell alarm is needed, turn the knob to the "ON" position; if not, turn it to the "OFF" position.

Turn on the power switch, and the electrical heating system starts to heat up, with the green light on at this time. When the temperature rises to the required value, the surface relay disconnects, so that the AC contactor cuts off the power supply of the heating system, and then the timing switch also disconnects (it disconnects when timing is set, and remains connected when timing is not set). At this time, the red light is on and the electric bell rings, and the operator should turn off the electric bell switch in time.
