Powered by 380V or 660V three-phase electricity and primarily constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, the machine is compact, features light individual component weight, and is easy to disassemble. It also provides rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and high thermal efficiency. This product is suitable for on-site belt splicing in industries such as metallurgy, power plants, ports, electrical engineering, and metal mines. The joints created by this machine are not only smooth and nearly identical to the original belt but also help reduce drum wear and extend the service life of both the conveyor system and the rubber belt.
