Before installing the pressurizing pump device of the vulcanizing machine on the belt conveyor installation line, remove several groups of upper idlers and erect a working platform with square timbers or other materials. If the splicing work is carried out in the field, set up a temporary rain shelter with canvas around the working platform. Connect the quick connector of the pressurizing pump system to the water inlet hole of the pressure device, insert the primary power wire into the socket of the electric heating control box accordingly, and insert one end of the secondary wire into the socket of the electric heating control box and the other end into the electric heating plate.

Insert the corresponding wires of the thermal resistor (or thermocouple) into the socket of the electric heating control box, and insert the sensor at the other end into the temperature measurement hole of the electric heating plate. At this point, the installation of the vulcanizer is fully completed, ready for operations such as pressurization, heating and timing. After the vulcanizer is installed, operate in the following order: Inject high-pressure water into the pressure device with the electric test pump, stop water injection and lock the pump valve when the gauge pressure on the pump reaches the vulcanization pressure; Perform electrical operations and controls such as heating, vulcanization and cooling of the upper and lower electric heating plates according to the positions of each switch and instrument on the front of the electric heating control box.
