Product Introduction of Vulcanizer Manual Water Pressure Pump

The SYL manual test pump is a main testing instrument for pressure vessels and pressure equipment. Its working pressure can reach 800 kg/cm², and it can accurately indicate the correct pressure at any stage within the range of 0 to 800 kg/cm² for water pressure tests. It features a compact and reasonable structure, labor-saving operation, light overall weight, convenient maintenance, and greatly improved work efficiency.

It is widely used for pressure testing of various pressure vessels, pressure equipment, pipeline valves, rubber pipe fittings and other pressure devices in boilers, chemical industry, light industry, construction and installation projects, aerospace, scientific systems and special experiments.

Usage Notes

Before initial use of the test pump, carefully check whether the connections of all components are tightened, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet pipes are properly installed.

The working medium can be clean water at 5~50°C, emulsion, or oil with a kinematic viscosity <45mm²/s.

It is forbidden to use unclean water containing sediment and other pollutants.

To improve pressure test efficiency, fill the tested container or equipment with water first before connecting the outlet pipe of the test pump.

During the pressure test, if a large amount of air is found in the water, unscrew the drain valve to release the air.

If any slight water seepage is found during the pressure test, stop operation immediately for inspection and maintenance. It is strictly prohibited to continue increasing pressure in case of water seepage.

After the pressure test, first loosen the drain valve to reduce pressure to avoid damage to the pressure gauge.

When the test pump is not in use, drain all water from the pump and suck in a small amount of engine oil to prevent rust.
