The explosion-proof electric water pressure pump is suitable for environments with flammable and explosive gases. It features high performance and easy operation.
It can be used for vulcanization splicing of canvas, nylon, steel cord and other types of belts, as well as vulcanization splicing of special-purpose belts such as flame-retardant and anti-corrosion belts. Its application sites are widely used in metallurgy, mining, power plants, docks and other fields. The "three key factors" of belt vulcanization splicing are good and uniform vulcanization temperature, sufficient and uniform vulcanization pressure, and reliable vulcanization time.

Among them, the pressure source for vulcanization pressure is provided by our water pressure pump. This pressure device is a surface pressure device with a simple structure and convenient manufacturing. It consists of a parallelogram aluminum alloy base plate on which a nylon rubber plate is laid. The base plate and the nylon rubber plate are tightly pressed with pressure plates, screws and nuts around to form a closed container. A water inlet hole is added between the base plate and the nylon rubber plate at the side end of the base plate, and high-pressure water is injected into it with a pressure pump.
It realizes the transmission of water pressure based on Pascal's principle — the theory that the pressure of water is transmitted equally in all directions in a closed container.

Pay attention to the operation status of the new electric pump within three months of initial operation. During the initial operation of the new pump, it is necessary to monitor and inspect the operation status, such as the maintenance of mechanical parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates rapidly, and whether the operating conditions meet the specifications.
Do not apply load immediately after starting the water pressure pump. After starting, the hydraulic pump must undergo no-load idling for a period of time (about 10 to 30 minutes). Especially when the temperature is very low, a warm-up process is essential. Only after the hydraulic circuit operates normally can the load be applied, and the operation status should be confirmed.
Observe the oil temperature change of the electric hydraulic pump. Pay attention to checking the changes in maximum and minimum oil temperatures, and record the oil temperature and ambient temperature. Only in this way can we know whether the cooler capacity and oil tank capacity match the surrounding conditions and operating conditions, and it also provides clues for troubleshooting the cooling system.
Pay attention to the noise of the electric hydraulic pump. The new hydraulic pump has little initial wear and is easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or overload during operation will lead to adverse consequences and abnormal noise from the hydraulic pump.
Pay attention to checking the indicator readings. Constantly observe the vibration and stability of pressure gauge readings and pressure switch signals in the hydraulic circuit to detect whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning normally as early as possible.
Pay attention to observing the mechanical operation status. Improper hydraulic circuit design or poor component manufacturing are not easy to detect during initial use. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the operation status under various operating conditions.
