Belt Repair Machine

The belt repair machine is primarily used for patching small-area local punctures, penetrations, and damages on various conveyor belts. It is especially suitable for repairing long, longitudinal tears and damages in other parts of the belt. Constructed from aluminum alloy and featuring electric heating, the machine is equipped with a hydraulic plate device that ensures uniform pressure, making it a versatile piece of equipment for various belt repair tasks.

Operating Instructions:

Transport the components of the repair machine to the worksite and perform the necessary filling/vulcanization preparation on the damaged area.

Place the lower frame underneath the conveyor belt, aligning it precisely with the prepared damaged area. Position the hydraulic plate and the lower heating plate directly beneath the damage. Then, place the upper heating plate on top of the damaged area (on the belt surface), followed by the heat insulation board, and finally install the upper frame. (Note: For the XBG low-pressure type, the frame is a single integrated unit.)

Install the screw rods and tighten them. Connect the power supply to the electrical control box using the primary cables. Use the secondary cables to connect the upper heating plate to the control box and the lower heating plate to the control box separately. Connect the temperature sensors from the upper and lower heating plates to the corresponding terminals on the control box, ensuring the connections match the labels on the control box. Connect the hydraulic plate to the pressure test pump using the high-pressure hose. Then, switch on the electrical control box and pump water into the hydraulic plate until the required vulcanization pressure is reached.
