The belt vulcanizing machine utilizes electric heating elements powered by 380V or 660V three-phase electricity. Constructed primarily from lightweight aluminum alloy, it features a compact design, light weight per component, and easy disassembly/assembly. It also offers rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and high thermal efficiency. This product is suitable for on-site belt splicing in industries such as metallurgy, power plants, ports, electrical engineering, and metal mines. The vulcanized joints produced by this machine are not only smooth and nearly identical to the original belt but also significantly reduce drum wear, thereby extending the service life of both the conveyor system and the rubber belt.
The main components of the machine are manufactured from high-strength, quality aluminum alloy. The belt joint to be vulcanized is clamped between the upper and lower heating plates, the lower pressure plate, and the upper and lower beams via tightening bolts. Pressure (greater than 1.8 MPa) necessary for the vulcanization process is applied to the pressure plate using an air or water pump. The vulcanization temperature (adjustable from 0°C to 200°C, accounting for ambient temperature) can be controlled manually or automatically via the electrical control box. The vulcanization time can be set arbitrarily. Upon reaching the preset time, an alarm signal is triggered, indicating the completion of the belt vulcanization splicing operation.
