Belt Repair Tool

The electric heating element of the belt repairer adopts 380V or 660V three-phase electricity. Made mainly of light aluminum alloy, it features small size, light single-piece weight and easy disassembly and assembly. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of fast temperature rise, uniform temperature and high thermal efficiency. This product is applicable to on-site tape joints in metallurgy, power plants, ports, electrical engineering, metal mines and other fields. Through the bonding of this machine, the joint is not only smooth and almost the same as the original belt, but also can reduce the wear on the drum and extend the service life of the conveyor and the rubber belt.

The automatic mold-opening plate vulcanizing machine integrates various functions required for rubber vulcanization processes, including preloading, automatic air release, pressure-holding vulcanization, automatic mold opening, automatic mold release, automatic mold lifting and automatic product ejection.

Adopts PC or manual control, with reliable performance and high degree of automation. It can automatically identify wrong instructions to avoid accidents caused by incorrect operations.

The pre-programmed process procedures can be locked to prevent operators from changing them without authorization, so as to ensure the quality of pressed products.

It has functions such as timed mold opening, automatic air release and automatic pressure compensation.

Three operation modes are available: manual, automatic and electric.

The electric heating press adopts digital (pointer-type) temperature control to control and display the temperature of the heating plate.
