The spot repair tool includes an elastic support base, which comprises a Z-shaped support column, a fixed support base, fixed round holes, through-hole connecting pins, protective plates, a concave-shaped protective frame, a cross-shaped pin, and an elastic spring. Protective plates are installed at the center of the front and rear sides of the fixed support base. Thanks to the elastic support base, when the entire device is in operation, workers can pull and compress the cross-shaped pin and elastic spring within the elastic support base. This allows the through-hole connecting pins to slide and lock securely inside the fixed support base and the protective plates, enabling quick adjustment of the fixed position of the Z-shaped support column. This facilitates the operator's work and eliminates the need for disassembling or assembling other equipment, thereby saving time during installation.

Usage Instructions:

Transport the repair tool components to the repair site.

Perform pre-treatment on the damaged area.

Place the frame (lower frame) under the conveyor belt, aligning it with the pre-treated damaged area. Position the water pressure plate and the lower heating plate directly beneath the damaged spot.

Place the upper heating plate directly above the damaged area of the belt, followed by the insulation board, and then install the upper frame (Note: For DDQ low-pressure models, the frame is integrated).

Install the screws and tighten them.

Connect the power supply to the control box using the primary cables. Use secondary cables to connect the upper heating plate to the control box and the lower heating plate to the control box. Connect the temperature sensors to the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate, respectively, and link them to the control box. When connecting the wires, ensure they correspond to the labels on the control box.

Connect the water pressure plate to the pressure test pump using high-pressure hoses. Then, turn on the control box and fill the water pressure plate with water until the vulcanization pressure is reached.
